PROMIVAC Vane Type, Self Priming Fuel Transfer Pumps are directly coupled to a reliable electric motor. These are compact, light weight, portable and are specially designed & fabricated to ensure high efficiency & trouble free operation.
These are available with single / three phase, AC as well as 12Volts DC Current Electric Motor. The suction & discharge hose, manual fuel nozzle & flow meter are also optionally available.
CONSTRUCTION
The main components of the pumps are made of selected superior quality raw material. These consist of a dynamically balanced rotor with vanes which is made to revolve at a very high speed in a specially designed casing cum compression chamber ensuring very fine clearance between them. The rotor is fitted directly onto a bearing mounted shaft of a superior quality electric motor. The main casing is made from specially treated cast iron whereas the rotor is made from sintered steel fitted with acetylic vanes. These pumps can be made available in other material combinations on request.
APPLICATIONS
These pumps are common for light duty use and their self-priming nature makes them suitable for host of applications for transferring Diesel, Light Oils, Transformer Oils, Tarpentine Oil, Heating Oil, Gear Oil, Cutting Fluid, Mineral Oils, Menthol Oil and Animal Oil etc. It is ideal for emptying Barrels, Jerry Cans, filling oil in Transformers, Machinery, Heavy Vehicles, Generators and Construction / Agricultural Equipments at site.
CAUTION
Promivac Self Priming Fuel Transfer Pumps are designed for light duty applications & not to be run for more than 30 minutes at a stretch and can be put in use again after some interval.
These are strictly not to be used for transferring Petrol, Solvents, Chemicals or other flammable liquids / gases and are meant to entertain clean, non-flammable liquids only.
Do not run these pumps dry. Doing so can cause damage to components of the pump
